sping time pleasures

spring has been much fun in the mountains. We are doing some gardening and landscaping. I love to help in the garden! I am walking a lot now, sometimes across the room! It makes mama & papa smile and clap. mama and I go the park a lot and meet w/ friends and play all day. fuuuuuuuun

Birthday trip to Grandfather Mtn.

the day after my birthday we went to Grandfather Mtn. It was a beautiful day and we saw many very old rocks. Some were estimated to be over a billion years old, wow, I am only one.
we had lunch on the edge of the world, or so it felt like. we also saw a bald eagle, a bear and and mountain lion at the zoo.

April was full of events

Greetings, Its been a while,and we have had a lot going on sinse then.
We traveled to South Carolina to see Grammy and meet a lot of family.
It was a little over whelming, but we had agreat time. I got this awesome wagon, that
I ride every where in.
we traveled to Georgia next. It was a much longer drive, but I did great on the ride, I must get that from my mama and dada. They were big travelers. We did lots in ga. We visited the garden home & freelove, we got to play in the clover and I climbed 5 big steps!! He showed us all of his garden beds. we stayed at honey and peters house and got to spend time with them all week. I dug in some flower beds, played with lego blocks, and became very social on my visit.
we met dada back in Athens after 4days apart, I was happy to see him.
we walked around the Classic city all day, got caught in a storm and then stayed and ms. marylynn's house. She is very nice.
We then drove back to Boone and about half way stopped and had lunch w/ Grammy and Pa.
What a long good trip it was......
